Application Assistant Eligibility

Only certain people are eligible to be a Safe at Home Application Assistant. By law, a person must:

• Be an employee of, or volunteer for, a victim service organization, office, institution, or center that has a mission that consists substantially of offering assistance to victims of stalking, sexual assault, domestic violence, or other crimes of violence; AND
  
  
• Provide direct advocacy services, which include safety planning, to victims and survivors as a substantial part of their job duties.
