Business filings may be submitted by mail, in person (by appointment), or online.
Please note that not all filings are eligible for in-person or online submission. Refer to the table below to confirm the available submission methods and applicable filing fees for the specific filing.
- Mail Submissions: Filings submitted by mail are processed on a non-expedited, first-come, first-served basis. Completed filings will be returned to the address listed on the check unless specific return instructions are provided or a return envelope is included.
- In-Person Submissions: Filings submitted at our customer counter (by appointment) are expedited and processed while you wait. Customers will leave with their filed documents in hand.
- Online Submissions: Eligible filings submitted online are expedited, typically processed within 2–5 business days, and the completed documents are delivered via email.
